He Feng Pharmaceutical established in Pudong, Shanghai
Harvester, Shanghai Tianfeng Pharmaceutical, and Ireland’s Elan jointly invest in a GMP-oriented plant.
In 1993 Harvester partnered with Shanghai Tianfeng Pharmaceutical and Ireland’s Elan to establish He Feng Pharmaceutical in Pudong.
The plant was founded to produce and sell GMP-standard finished drugs, APIs, medical nutrition, and healthcare skincare — carrying Taiwan marketing experience into China.
The joint venture uses a matrix management model across research, production, and sales, and helps principals with registration and collections in the China market.
